The villa itself has been thoughtfully designed with comfort and style in mind. Expansive sliding glass doors line the rear of the home, flooding the interiors with natural light and framing breathtaking ocean views throughout. The spacious layout includes four bedrooms and three ensuite bathrooms, with the option to add a detached ensuite guest room (for an additional fee), bringing the total to five bedrooms and four bathrooms.
Sleeping arrangements are flexible and well-suited to families or groups, featuring two king beds, one queen, two twin beds, and two full-size beds in the annex. The master suite is a true highlight, offering panoramic sea views—even from the jetted bathtub.
Outdoors, the property is equally impressive. An infinity pool overlooks the ocean, while a mix of covered and open patio spaces creates the perfect setting for dining, entertaining, or simply unwinding in the sea breeze.
For boating enthusiasts, GoldenEye includes access to a nearby canal-side dock capable of accommodating vessels up to 65 feet. A marina is also located less than a mile away, providing additional convenience.
